Adrienne BitarAdrienne Bitar is a postdoctoral associate in the History Department at Cornell University specializing in the history and culture of American food. In 2018, she published Diet and the Disease of Civilization, a cultural and historical analysis of diet books. Bitar is now conducting new book research on cultured (lab-grown) and plant-based meats.
