Break Your COVID-19 Anxiety Cycle

Break Your COVID-19 Anxiety Cycle
A lot of negative emotions have come out of the COVID-19 pandemic. Anxiety is at the top of the list.

For many, anxiety begets anxiety. Which then leads to panic and other undesirable symptoms.

Dr. Jud Brewer, aka "Dr. Jud," author of The Craving Mind, recently wrote a New York Times article that explained how our minds work -- and why understanding that is the key to breaking the anxiety cycle... whether you're in the middle of a pandemic or just in everyday life.

Dr. Jud joins Dr. Peeke to share insights into your brain and how you can hack it to reduce your anxiety and fear.
