Encore Episode: What is Biosound Therapy & How Can It Help Addicts?
Biosound therapy involves sitting in a special chair (similar to a dentist’s chair), covering yourself with a blanket, and being exposed to different vibrational patterns that you can both hear and feel.

The goal of biosound therapy is to relax your nervous system and put you into a state of deep relaxation that can even slow down your heartbeat.

It’s a treatment that’s particularly helpful for anxiety and depression.

Sarah Taylor, CRC, CATC, MRAS, explains how it can also help addicts and those on recovery journeys.
